All of our gems are created using 5 simple ingredients. Sugar, water, agar agar, all natural flavoring extract and coloring. They are vegan and gluten free.
All our candies have a firm gelatin like interior with a crisp/crunchy exterior. Not every piece will come with the same level of crunch to firm gelatin texture. Each piece will be unique. Some pieces may be slightly crunchier than others. Since each candy is handcrafted, colors, shapes, and crunch will vary and candies may not look exactly like the photos.
